I don’t get how this pm is being bullied into resigning, whilst formerly it was ‘there’s no way for this guy to be forced to resign till next elections, deal with it.’
I mean I’m not a fan of Starmer, but Boris literally broke his own laws and the media were just shrugging it.
I really would like an explanation.

That was never true. There was no reason to call an early election (and there still isn’t) but changing the PM is something that has been on the table since the first few months of Labour been in power.
Also Boris was kicked out by his own party, just like Starmer might be.
I’ll take that. But if your own party doesn’t kick you out, your can remain in place till the next election, no? At least that’s what I remember.
Well yeah obviously if no one kicks him out, he’s still in power.
