6 days agoWell, I used to think like you too, having only active tabs I needed and bookmarking important stuff.
But now I have tabs, which are important, but not as important to bookmark them permanently. So I persist tabs across sessions now, because else my bookmarks are way too cluttered for my tastes.
In the server space, both FreeBSD and Linux systems are well-regarded. Linux caught up since that post and receives more support now, obviously, but I wouldn’t flinch when encountering FreeBSD (or other *BSDs for that matter) as a server.
As for Windows… yeah, just look at the news regarding that…
