4·1 month agogitlab could be on a eu server from a eu company. There are free options, like framagit, the peertube devs, or commercial one, just search for it.
Mistral collect data as well, just not the coding agent which is anyways only available for business. But all companies have contract to not use intellectual property from companies using that models, claude and codex as well, depending on your contract. A lot companies wouldn’t allowed code model without the promise to not use their data.
