The swamp at least has a shortcut, even if you have to backtrack a bit to get to it. 5-1 on the other hand. Poison damage, deadly falls, confusing layout…
4-2 was a beast as well. Nearly every enemy in there can just about one shot you if you’re not careful.
At least the bosses are mostly simple enough. Except Maneaters. Fuck Maneaters.

And that’s honestly still not as bad as Sir Alonne or those tigers after the big foggy fields of go fuck yourself.
Still, at least it’s not Demon’s Souls. Some of those run backs are just sadistic.
