Several of the VR games for the Frame are actually just android apps, running through lepton (and then maybe through Fex?). Valve is making Lepton open source, so we should see it elsewhere.
It’s part of steam now as well, but I don’t think we’re yet able to add an apk to Steam and run it. Hopefully that’s coming though.
I truly hope we are wrong. Have been steadily increasing my GOG game percentage for the reason that enshittification is always inevitable.
