What counts as fighting climate change? The last UK government did several things to help. They could have done more but they could have also done less. UK emissions have dropped pretty significantly per capita.

Last I checked, the UK Conservative party still largely supports the NHS. Literal socialized medicine. That’s not the actions of a “right wing party” imo
Its not left/right, but you do have parties that don’t care about it. Its a different axis.

They support selling off state assets. Hardly sounds like a left wing party.
Sounds exactly like center/center-left to me. But maybe my Overton window is skewed from living in a fascist dictatorship.
