Er hat die Midterms vor sich: Der US-Präsident hat nach einem Gespräch mit Wladimir Putin Hunderttausende Tonnen an Diesel aus Russland in Aussicht gestellt. Wegen bestehender Sanktionen stellte das US-Finanzministerium dafür eine temporäre Erlaubnis aus.
