Put up a tray that the chickens can’t reach. Put shiny things on it, replace some of the shiny things with high value food they might like better than chicken feed. Peanuts, meat, scrambled eggs, etc until you find something they love. Then use that for rewards.
I feed all the crows with my chickens, they greet me now. But I still want closer crow friends, I’m determined. One day I will save one too!

They all have different tastes from region to region, group to group, bird to bird, so just keep trying things until you find their favorite.
