Train
Trains are awesome but they are severely lacking in their ability to cross large bodies of water.
Tunnel
Nonexistent where I live. One between Helsinki and Tallin would be cool, though.
Ferry
Works with gasoline/diesel/whatnot which we’re running out of too.
Sail
I don’t think there are regular sailboat connections either :(
Inconceivably, those also use fossil fuels.
Battery
Battery low energy density. Need big battery. Big battery very heavy. Very heavy make boat no float and need more power to move. More power to move mean need bigger battery. Big battery very heavy…
