    And the question will invariably be something incredibly specific to just that one person. Something that should have been a private discussion between them and the person running the meeting … but they’re about to waste 14 minutes of everyone else’s time making their specific personal concern a group issue.

      Do you not point such things out? We either ask if this is related to us and then leave or ask them to do it separately.

        The person asking the question probably outranks you and will hold a petty grudge and make your work life awful if you interrupt them.

            idk, it seems a valid concern. If no one interrupts them then its best to avoid drawing attention to yourself, especially in presence of asshole managers.
