Paywall cuts off the rest of the article, which is a shame. I was interested to learn how Europe is so familiar with capital tax, UBI or 4-day work week.
Perhaps it’s just my country that’s running behind, but all 3 are taboo here.
Only as “experiments” nothing ever really comes out of these aside from people clearly enjoying them and reporting being much happier when taking part in them
