Wheat paste is a glue made from flour and water that soaks into the paper you put it on so it makes the paper hard to remove

you make a paste with flour and boiling water, after it cools you use it as a glue to wallpaper flyers to things, and another layer on top.

i heard if you mix ground glass (don’t breathe that) or sand into the paste, it makes it impossible to scrape off

      pretty much a graffiti technique

IIRC, there’s even a basic additive one can mix into the final coat to effectively bind the poster/flyer to the target polymer-sealed surface on a chemical level, all but unifying it with the original structure. Ahem. 🤘🏼

By context I guess it means something like “flyposting” or “paste-ups” i.e. wallpaper pasting up posters, flyers, artworks, statements, placards etc in public places, usually without permission.
