Doesn’t look intentional. Weird spot and angle to hit a building of this size. Maybe it flew too low. Could be a problem in the programming, electronic warfare or prior damage from AA. If they wanted to hit something on the roof or topmost floor, it would be best to hit it from above. If they wanted to hit a specific floor or all the building, it would be best to hit it lower, because fire goes up and structural integrity loss affects floors above the hit more. But I can’t rule out there was like one specific thing on that floor they needed to hit, like an antenna or starlink terminal or so.
A high level commanders home is another option if intentional.

Looks like someone did not correctly factor the height of a building into their flightpath. Definitely doesn’t look like that was the target.
This underscores the importance of developing basic object avoidance autonomous capability for automatically pulling up if something is sensed in the flightpath.
Edit a situation like this could also be caused by gps spoofing making the drone think it is somewhere else than it is by my point still stands.
