Did I misread this or was it basically “the first search we did was illegal but then we took him and his backpack to the police station and searched the same backpack again and will be allowed to use that evidence in trial”?
Yep so the judge is in on the frame up. All the planted evidence will be allowed. Also how ever article frames it make it clear won’t be a fair trail. Also fucking September so much for a fair and speedy trail.
