Productivity isn’t the goal. Some people struggle with getting things done, but when you frame it as “small tasks that don’t matter” it can be easier to handle.

The goal is small tasks, productivity is a byproduct. It’s a framing issue.
Okay but small productivity is productivity, you’re disagreeing with OP which is fine but you’re not getting what OP is saying either.
Frame it however you want, you’re concerned with getting the small tasks done. That’s not what OP is saying.
