If you wish to roll this back. Go to Settings -> Profile and click the yellow bar. Don’t click the red bar!

The RSS feed are a way to get notification when there is a new content published and read them. Aaron Swarz helped to developp this format.
To use rss feed you need an RSS feed reader.
