    Is that the heater that is sometimes considered so efficient there were conspiracy theories that it is more than 100% efficient?

      All heaters are 100% efficient. Everything turns into heat eventually

        Heat pumps are more than 100% efficient (if you consider the frame of reference to be the area whose temperature you want to control).
