I did training in a data center with this stuff (I think) once. They said if there is a fire hit the button then you have like ten seconds to leave the room before the oxygen goes bye bye.
I remember touring a Strategic Air Command base and someone describing a Halon fire suppressant system as “for when the data is more important than any people in the room”.

That’s inert gas, not foam.
