Yup…At the end of the day I think we are not the target crowd for this; it’s primarily an avenue to further exploit the ip with a non gamer (or non soulslike gamer) audience. The fact that GRRM is connected to it made it prime candidate for an adaptation as that is an excellent marketing hook.
