I really love this anime, but it will probably be hard to find another one like it. Since the relationship dynamics are complex and somewhat everybody wanting to be with everybody, but also somewhat competing and at times even helping the competition. From what I’ve read most Yuri seems to focus on the relationship between only two women.
There are also bonus points for tomboy(-ish) characters.
So far I have Revolutionary Girl Utena on my list because it is said to have complex relationships, but it’s not Yuri and very old.
A number of yuri stories have secondary ships, although whether or not those stories get adapted is another matter entirely
The story in Utena does not always make sense, but that anime has style in spades.
