    It is and it isn’t. Like everything it depends on frequency and consistency.

    Is this you every day for weeks at a time, even for activities that used to give you joy? Yeah you’re probably burnt out. Is this you, constantly, in a cycle you can’t seem to break? Over a period of months and changing circumstances? Keep an eye out for other symptoms and maybe go get checked.

      Work got stupid and I just gave up. Basically started playing videogames all sag instead of working. Still got my tasks done but that’s basically what I do. Projects that I could and should be doing and unless I get a nudge, I’m not self starting it. So busy with family junk outside of work that at the end of the day I just wanna sit and do nothing.

        Happens to the best of us. Sounds like burnout to me though.

        Making lists and setting goals usually jumpstarts me out of a jam like that. Well, it gives me something to agonize over until it’s perfect and then something to feel guilty about later until I complete it lol. But… I’m definitely supposed to be in here lmao.
