      I mean, it’s clearly rage/engagement bait. Ever since Twitter added viewcounts in 2022/23 it’s all bullshit “hottakes” like this, and people fall for it every time.

      How did we forget ye olde adage of “do not feed the trolls” within one generation?

        because they don’t know there was a time before trolls.

        social media has been around for 20 years now man. people who are in college now were born when twitter started.

        they have never known a media or internet without this type of shit. if you showed them a tv talk show from like 1985 they would be totally confused at how respectful and not insane the people are. they’d also think it is weird and boring, because for them everything is in media is hot takes and trolling.

        every popular social media talking head gets that way from perpetuating stupid hateful ignorant bullshit. and millions of people adore it.
