The surgery is quick but then you can take hours to wake up and recovery enough to be sent home to recovery more. I was my friend’s ride and their surgery was at 8 am and we didn’t leave until 8 pm.
Though, maybe theirs was rougher than usual because it was due to cancer and they needed to remove more bits than usual? I don’t know, I’m no expert, just a one-time orchiectemy wingman.
