Eid has arrived… Yet I still stand helpless before my children’s simplest wishes. No new clothes to bring joy to their hearts, not even a healthy meal to make them feel that Eid tastes different from the days of war and hardship.
I try to hide my sadness from them, but their little eyes reveal everything… Every bit of support can help create a real Eid for my children, even with the smallest moment of joy and comfort. 💔
