    No they’re really not. In America women can study, drive, walk the streets without being jailed for showing their faces.

        The killing of Renée Good was an atrocity, however it’s hardly representative of the average American woman’s experience, and attempting to claim that it makes America worse than the Taliban’s Afghanistan is just disingenuous
