Both are to blame. The UK populace has voted for this as a key point for the last 30 years and have been ignored, that’s why Brexit happened and why we’ll have a Reform or Restore government next election cycle.

As i see it processing needs to be sped up even if that means sinking more money into it in the short term.
Identify the dodgy ones and get them the fuck out
