Labels are just a convenient way to efficiently communicate the general idea of, in this case, a person’s gender identity and to create a community. If any one person doesn’t like to use a label, thats fine! But yes we do need labels. Its just a normal part of language, really.

If a post is tagged with a specific gender identity, keep the conversation centered on that identity.

In addition it is extremely in poor taste to make assumptions about other people’s identities based on external factors, we understand it cannot be helped but it is best not to as it can affect the way you treat others in noticeable ways.
