Hand cream to clean hands (or a proper sink, not a tiny ass one; the towel should be above the sink. Also, if it’s a sink, it shouldn’t be in an inconvenient spot).
The lights turn on when the door is locked, and turn off only when the door is unlocked.

Or, as I’ve seen multiple times already, have some stalls with urinals in them.
Had this in a hotel in new York for their shared bathrooms they let me used when I grabbed my bags after checkout.

Changing the way bathrooms are built can be better for everyone. Changing rooms in gyms too. Let’s make these areas more private.
