Department Of War Losers.
Secretary of Defeat is a fitting title.

The US has been on the losing side of every armed conflict it’s been involved with for the past 80 years.
Its current “leadership” believes that streak is at least twice that.
In cricket terms, isn’t that a Hairy Duck? I checked online but sources seem to call it a Golden Duck. I grew up calling it the former. Anyway, that’s his achievement. When he quits or is fired, he’ll be out for a Hairy Duck.
They should have got a game show host. Those ones are more savvy.
