According to this new gaming GPU rumor, AMD is trying to get FSR 4 working on older RDNA 3 graphics cards, such as the Radeon RX 7800 XT.

What upscaling was supposed to be for.

Incredibly sad state of graphics when people say upscaling looks better than the raw image your GPU was supposed to be displaying.
