Honestly, if fuel gets bad enough that passenger vehicle transport falls off over the Kerch Strait Bridge and the land bridge route, or if either route becomes entirely impassable due to attack, there’s probably money in it for the enterprising Russian with a small boat to move people and small amounts of goods back and forth across the Kerch Strait.
Though…hmm. I don’t know if Russia might disallow movement of small boats in the area, given that Ukraine’s used USVs to hit the Kerch Strait Bridge before.
