I hate capitalism as well, but the things he is saying kinda feels like arguing dynamite is good for mining. It is good at mining, sadly mainly used for evil now. Same for capitalism, used for evil, but not everything about it is negative/evil.
Quasi nothing has purely downsides, it would be disingenuous to say otherwise. ( unless you want to make a strawman argument for e-coli or something)
Pure capitalism is based off infinite extraction in a finite system which is %100 bad for everyone except those who are the extractors. And that’s about the best thing you can say about it. So I disagree that there are good things about capitalism. Capitalism works when you strike a balance between capitalism and socialism.
I took his conclusion to essentially be that this is the only possible end state of capitalism at least.
