I’m abrasive. I’m loud. I’m strongly opinionated.
I used to hate those parts of me. I really REALLY want people to like me! But I’m definitely not everyone’s cup of tea.
Now I harness that energy to help others. I stand up for my friends when there’s assholes at the bar. I gather the group for pictures with my booming voice. I utilize my don’t-give-a-fuck attitude to protest. I do what I enjoy with my life regardless of what others think.
And that has served me pretty well as an adult!

That I’m different. I’m neurodiverse and alternative so I stand out, plus I’m just quirky. I love that about myself nowadays
I’m very old-fashioned. I like historical fashions, historical music, historical art, historical literature, etc. over most modern equivalents.
My introverted behavior. I can turn on business-extroverted for mandatory work activities but even then I tell people my boundaries and they’ve always been respectful except for one person….
I named mine Christopher. Sometimes Christopher is a man, sometimes a woman, Christopher has many faces, but everywhere I go there he is. There’s always a frickin Christopher in the crowd.
