A complete battery integrates the Oerlikon Skymaster battle management system, an Oerlikon X-TAR3D radar, and up to four Oerlikon Revolver Gun Mk3 automatic air defense guns.” It looks like the German made parts are the expensive ammo, some components for the gun and trucks, with the rest of the gun being Swiss and final assembly of trucks in Austria. So yeah, it’s spread out a bit.
I know Austria bought a lot of them and did lot of integration on their vehicles, but I still guess they are assembled by Rheinmetal Italy in Sardinia. So real European staff…
