I never understood the “it’s just a phase” logic. Isn’t all of life a phase? Just because what someone is going through might change or evolve in the future, that doesn’t make the current moment any less valid. It’s still you.
Nor have I understood it either. If a phase of ones life is not worth experincing, then by that logic is death the only goal of life? Truly a strange logic to hold. To me, life is about the moments that comprise it, thus the “phases”, as you put it, are life.
