    “Too fast”

Scientists have been warning everyone this was coming since the 1970s if we didn’t change our ways.

Ever try to stop a rolling car by yourself? If you catch it soon enough, you can stop it. Maybe even push it back into place. But once it gets really moving, the only way to prevent it from getting away is to be at the controls and actively stop it with the brakes.

Now try doing it with the earth. It’s the same momentum issue on a massive scale.

I truly, deeply in my bones, believe that if we just grind up the guy at the controls, we could get in there and slow things down slightly before we all die horribly. But we will die slightly LESS horribly. And that counts.

Come on, let just mulch ONE guy!

Yep. After years of huge cucumber harvests, mine all died on the vine by the middle of July this year. All of my squash got big AF, but not a single one produced fruit. I’ve barely seen any pollinators this summer & I have scarlet milkweed plants as well as a wildflower garden to attract them.

We are fucked unless we finally start up the Billionaire Crushing Machine.
