Great stories on the Tylers and Kenny’s. I love hearing about this kind of stuff. I once worked on a construction site where if you counted all the people who weren’t necessarily on site every day; but were involved in the running of the project such as supervisors, commercial/technical functions, inspectors and quality control etc - we counted up to at least 13 Steve’s.

It was several years ago so I can’t remember the exact number other than it was in the low/mid teens. I also don’t have any specific funny anecdotes to tell. I do remember talking to Steve quite a lot, and routinely having similar jovial conversations with my immediate colleague on the theme of needing Steve, having to chase Steve, occasionally just randomly opening doors or windows and yelling/announcing “Steve” in various different styles for no particular reason, occasionally genuinely needing Steve - shouting “STEVE!!” and then realising what we were doing, and just generally finding amusement about the unending number of Steve’s there were to deal with.

You could say it was a bit childish at times, but when the Steve’s align like that, it can easily provoke one into acting the fool a bit.
