    Oh cool! That makes a lot of sense given how mutable(?) DNA is. With a constant signal (like HRT), some genes won’t be expressed as much and some will be expressed more, and since everyone technically has the DNA to grow either reproductive organ (correct?), it follows that long-term HRT would favour expression of genes associated with that hormone, including replacing cells that naturally die with specialised cells that are now coded for.
