It’s pretty obvious that we are talking about “look” in the sense of someones natural body. Getting a nazi tattoo or putting on blackface is a conscious choice to be racist, being fat isn’t.

And much like racism and bigotry and intolerance and fascism is a choice, being fat is a symptom the choice to indulge in laziness, sloth and gluttony.
