I will say one thing, that either way, any property damage probably is covered by insurance, so it gets paid for by slightly driving up British insurance premiums.

To be fair the motive could also be non-political like some kind of personal vendetta
Or someone from whatever part of the indian subcontinent they don’t like. Or as another person said, vendetta
