MERCER - The trial for a Sharon man accused of the 2024 killing and dismemberment of 14-year-old Pauly Likens has been postponed for a sixth time.

The charges against Watkins involve the death of Pauly Likens, a transgender teen who disappeared in June 2024.

    Former Mercer County District Attorney Kendra Strobel, who was a prosecutor in the case until it was turned over to the Pennsylvania Attorney General, was appointed as Chief Public Defender this week by the county commissioners.
