As some might remember, I wrote a series of articles from a former account on the topic of Kick-Ass Women from History. Then my account at the Lemmy instance I was on got deleted, along with all content. Stupidly I hadn’t kept local copies of the texts, so I was a bit crushed (to put it mildly) and stopped writing them.
I now have two questions.
- Does anybody have the old K-AWfH articles stored anywhere?
- Would anybody be interested in my resurrecting the series?

I’ll have to check it tomorrow morning. Cloudfail is living up to its name and “checking” me for … well, we’re at about 20 minutes now and it’s still pretending to check that i’m not a bot or whatever.

I now have the text and all but one of the pictures from the original run, ready for light reformatting and copy editing. I think I’ll repost these one per day until all 8 original pieces are done. Then I’ll try to do one per month at least thereafter.
There’s a lot of kick-ass women in history. Especially in the Mongols.
