Yeah, it’s sort of like a base. I just know for me learning Latin, I was super anxious and would just drill on the tables over and over again and that was ultimately not a good use of my time–as I’m sure you’d agree.

I still try to have little recitations, especially for irregular conjugations to remind myself that they’re irregular. If I conjugate them in isolation, I’m more likely to construct it regularly instead of irregularly.
