The FBI has reportedly relaxed hiring standards that previously automatically disqualified applicants who admitted to hiring prostitutes, engaging in bestiality, or stealing from an employer.

    This is the sort of change that seems to always precede a revelation. For instance, the FBI director might know that irrefutable proof of his participation in bestiality may be exposed soon (as a hypothetical example) but now he doesn’t have to step down. Cuz rule change.
