This is some idiot using their AI agent to shill their shitty website they wrote with AI. The article has “Name holder” instead of name placeholder and is written so the domain looks similar to telegraph. All this bots post point to that website.
As someone who enjoyed horror/graphic movies I fucking hated Serbian Film. Being so pointlessly violent and leaning into shock value was offensive in itself. Actually was so annoyed I had wasted my time with it. Like every choice in the movie was some edgelord thinking “ok what’s the most fucked up thing I could do now”. Just wanted all the shock factor with 0 effort into making any sense. The directors reasoning of “something something how the government treats civilians” confirmed my disdain of it. As someone who’s watched a lot of graphic trash it was an unfamiliar reaction to a movie of that nature.

Sell to country X for cheap because not worried about profit, only freeing up storage
Country X sells to black market, who sells back to Aussie market = infinite money scheme with free police laundering. GDP explodes, free darts for all.
Or
Country X sues the fuck out of Aus government for offloading cancer sticks to them or sued by tobacco
cartelscompanies for stepping in on their turf

Jenkinson appealed against the decision in Queensland’s civil and administrative tribunal, claiming he was non-violent and “entitled to his political beliefs”.
Nope. You apply for a gun license and the states grants it to you only when you pass the required checks, including stating you are sound of mind (and don’t have any significant mental illness) and don’t have a criminal conviction. If you can’t show the state this, the state decides you are not capable of owning a gun or it’s not appropriate for you to own a gun; they don’t grant you a license. This isn’t America (thank fuck).
We had some property owner (we require access to private property occasionally which is notified and organised appropriately) threaten to shoot one of our staff. He was surprised when police turned up and seized his firearms. He then had the audacity to call us up bitching asking us to tell the police to give his guns back. You have to state specific reason(s) for why you should have a firearm on your application, of which there is only a few valid criteria. Surprisingly, shooting people is not one of them.

I like beyond beef burgers, local doesn’t sell mince yet sadly. I’m 100% up for using meat alternatives for environmental reasonings alone, the price would just be extra.

Fair point, a pity neither the article, her nor the second woman focused on that and instead feels more like them complaining about boomers being perceived as being given every leg up. Which is a complaint of younger generations trying to break into an impossibly competitive housing market.

Retired schoolteacher Sandra Barker has been single and a renter all her adult life.
The 70-year-old lives by herself in a two-bedroom unit in Sydney’s south-west.
She says she’d like to rent in a “better” suburb but doesn’t believe she’d be able to afford it
“I think it’s a bit misleading, actually, to think that every baby boomer is cashed up for retirement; I’m certainly not,” Sandra told Insight.
Boomer who not only refuses to downsize despite being retired and on a pension, is actively looking to increase her current expenses, while occupying a two bedroom by herself, in what has to be one of the most expensive cities to rent in, insists “not all boomers”. I’m actively employed and would have a hard time justifying (and in Sydney affording) living in a two bedroom by myself.
What’s her angle here? “Sure I’m part of the generation that got cheap as chips houses, free tertiary education, reasonable employment prospects and hoarded a good chunk of the real estate, but I feel I personally missed out, likely due to my financial decisions. So it’s a bit misleading, actually”. This entire article is mind boggling bordering on infuriating to read.

I’m sure it has practical use cases but the idea of my entire buildings wifi being flattened due to wireless crane operations makes me unreasonably angry. Also thought this was a “takes a crane to get it out” throw back initially.

A folding laptop you say? Your friend has me thinking I need to review my NDA with work.

As far as I’m aware, no, unless stated otherwise in the store. Their value respective to AUD is meaningless. Because then they have to go exchange it to a useable currency, which may incur unknown fees (and is more work, they’d have to pay for). The currency could also be counterfeit, which most cashiers would suspect if someone tried to offer them foreign currency claiming it’s worth multiple times the transaction amount. If you bring foreign currency over a certain amount into the country you must declare it is the only thing I can think of.
That one person? The manager or owner. When I worked at a bar if you kicked off at a FoH like this you’d be asked to calm down or leave. It’s better that way so a chef who’s probably running on 6 hours sleep and lethal-to-normal-humans blood caffeine levels doesn’t come out to see why you made a staff member cry. Also, no touchy the staff, thanks.
This is mobile game ad quality comic or I’d ask if it’s AI.
