Something tells me Tanner didn’t consider that.

Gaming@beehaw.org•Has there ever been a game whose name was intentionally suffixed with "2" despite no original game? lolEnglish
5·26 days agoThere’s Eat Lead: Return of Matt Hazard. The game does set it up as a joke, but it’s also kind of the entire point of the game. You’re playing a 25-year-old franchise whose last game was over half a decade prior. Your franchise got bought by a nepo baby whose father basically owns a chain like GameStop. He hated your games, so he decided to make a new one, kill you off for good, and replace you with a new protagonist. This is the first and only game. It’s not a very good game, but it’s got some laughs.
I’ve only had the fortune to read about a bigender person once in literature, and they’re a character in TJ Klune’s The Art of Breathing (Corey/Kori). It’s the third in a series, but jumping right into that one should be fine if you’re okay missing out on the other books. I think you might enjoy it.
This feeling has killed so many hobbies for me.

I’m genuinely excited for this. I don’t know the director well, but the main screenwriter, Mike Flanagan, has put together multiple fantastic limited series of horror for Netflix. I’m not seeing this for the Batman angle, but the horror angle.
