Not an excuse, but as an explanation, they likely think that trans women are reaping the benefits and aesthetics of womanhood without having to suffer through growing up as a girl. They completely dismiss the struggles that trans people grow up with and the fact that trans women also face misogyny.

They are miserable people because misery is how they define their gender identity.
