Eh… Yeah, add Deus Ex in there as well. It’s a nice mish-mash of a lot of things that come together to form a really satisfying, cohesive whole.

It was in development for eight years and probably could’ve used at least two more, but leadership was urged by investors to get the game out sooner rather than later. I hope that the investors and leadership both learned their lessons.

First-person action RPG. Main weapons are guns, but there are quite a few melee options. Gameplay-wise, it’s honestly probably closest to something like Watch_Dogs though obviously different in enough ways to count. Somewhere between Watch_Dogs and Farcry 5.

Could always do an EV conversion on your existing car. It’ll cost about as much as a new car, but you won’t have to deal with all the added BS around modern vehicles.

Paying off credit cards and my car.

Ugh. Never mind that they’ve made some amazing games. 🙄
It can be, if software is written to be compatible with both. A ‘server’ is just a computer of some sort running a piece of software at the end of the day.
I think you’d be better off learning more about computer hardware. Once you realize how different kinds of machines work you quickly realize they’re all basically the same thing, tailored for specific uses. Software-wise, it’s just a matter of what’s running on the hardware.

I’m sure all the developers just love working for free.

…or they want to setup the next game, as they previously announced they were going to do.
Roses are yellow,
Violets are too.
Wait, that’s not right!
WHAT DO I DO?!
I wholeheartedly agree. You should also be able to fix it if it breaks, and find replacement parts fairly easily. Hell, you should be able to make reasonable upgrades if you want.
If you only knew about the materials extraction, refining, manufacture, and assembly of electronics. It’s immensely complex and relies on legions of underpaid workers in a huge variety of different specialties. 99% of them aren’t paid nearly enough for the labor they contribute to the system, and even less for the knowledge they have. Never mind the actual development of the software to run on the hardware. The whole thing is designed from the ground up to literally extract as much wealth from the Earth itself as humanly possible, and they try to double dip at every opportunity.
Laws that aren’t enforced are just suggestions. Kinda like speeding or tailgating in Austin, TX.
I tried it. All it did was up my heart rate. Doc prescribed it as an appetite suppressant. It did fuck all for me in that regard.
And nothing of value was lost.
