I mean, sure. But why would that matter for their IPO. We’re not all leaving the planet on their rockets, and if the people they’re trying to sell to aren’t on the rockets, they’re just going to die anyway and the universe will be perfectly fine without humans just like before humans.
The tech SpaceX is using isn’t even close to viable for a mass exodus.
While that was my first thought, it might actually be useful in the “I rarely tow anything” category… like a Uhaul rental. So you don’t need to actually OWN the towing dongle. Or a car with that much power. You just rent it when you need it.
Which honestly would be nice… we’ve got too many people who own massive gas guzzlers just for that one or two times a year they need to use it for its intended purpose.
Your music slightly quiets, you think you just heard the windows Bluetooth disconnect sound… but the music goes back to original volume and everyone looks at each other like “did I just hear something? Nah, musta be crazy” and you go back to driving while your trailer quietly passes you by in the right lane.
On one had, I agree with Tariq here. The victim should be the one making the decision if it’s okay to post/report on it.
But that’s not why NYT asked the Israeli military if it was real. We all know Israeli military soldiers are doing some heinous shit to people but they generally deny or downplay it. To reach out to them and get actual official confirmation of the atrocities they’re committing is pretty damning to their cause and should create a stir and enlighten those happily drinking their Kool Aid.
