But nearly all of the 40k javelins that are left still work, unlike those thousands of T55s that’ve been picked over for parts/salvage/theft over the past couple decades while slowly rusting away in damp Russian tank depots.

Four years ago, I never would have imagined Ukraine making successful long range strikes into Russian territory, and now they can hit the same target on the far side of Moscow a couple times within a week. What an amazing change in the relative capabilities of the two countries.
